Kenny@youthartsmove.org
Kenny is a charismatic leader who has an innate ability to connect with Ugandan youth. This is partly influenced by his own childhood struggles with poverty and his commitment to providing training, educational and economic opportunities to Ugandan youth living in poverty.

In 2008, Kenny ,Co. headed an arts and design project at Bavubuka Allstars Foundation, hereafter he joined Amagezi
Gemaanyi Youth Association (AGYA), where he served as the General Secretary and
Deputy Country Director till May 2012.
Working with AGYA taught him to be
selfless, ambitious, courageous and diligent. He learnt how to produce music, build Blogs and edit html codes, create Curriculums, draft budgets, write reports, and communicate more effectively. He was exposed to professional leadership skills and working with Internationals.
Kenny also handled
AGYA’s administrative tasks including scheduling, taking meeting minutes,
facilitating weekly community meetings, and managing the Main Office at AGYA’s
Community Center. He was also the direct supervisor to AGYA’s Program
Coordinators and ensured the successful implementation of AGYA’s four core
programs.
